Airwallex US, LLC ("Airwallex") is registered as a Money Services Business at the federal level with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network ("FinCEN"), which is a bureau of the United States Department of Treasury.
Airwallex is licensed or otherwise authorized to act as a money transmitter in the U.S. jurisdictions listed below. Residents of certain states may have specific rights related to concerns or complaints about our services. Please refer to the states below for more information.

Colorado | Colorado Division of Banking - Colorado Money Transmitters Act - Customer Notice Entities other than FDIC insured financial institutions that conduct money transmission activities in Colorado, including the sale of money orders, transfer of funds, and other instruments for the payment of money or credit, are required to be licensed by the Colorado Division of Banking pursuant to the Money Transmitters Act, Title 11, Article 110, Colorado Revised Statutes. For any questions or issues regarding a transaction, please contact Airwallex through our toll-free number at: 855-932-3331 or email customer service at [email protected]. The Colorado Division of Banking does not have access to this information. If you are a Colorado resident and have a complaint to file against Airwallex, the money transmitter sending your funds, the complaint must be submitted in writing.
